Shipping, returns & care
Every piece is made by hand, so a few things work a little differently here. Here's what to expect.
Shipping & processing
Every piece is handmade after you order, so it isn't an instant ship. Most orders are made and ready to send within one to two weeks. Custom and keepsake pieces may take a little longer, and I'll let you know if so. I ship from Connecticut, and you'll get tracking once your order is on its way.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is made by hand and often personalized, I'm not able to accept returns on custom or monogrammed pieces. If something arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed on, message me within seven days of delivery and I'll make it right. For non-personalized items, reach out and we'll find a fair solution together.
Care
Handmade pieces last longest with a little care. In general: gentle cold wash, hang or lay flat to dry, and a warm iron only if needed. Keepsake pieces with appliqué (like the MAMA sweatshirt) should be turned inside out and laid flat to dry. Specific care comes noted with each item.
